For more than 35 years, hoteliers support the marketing activities and initiatives in Hamburg. Originally founded as a disposition fund, the activities focused on the stabilization and increase of the number of overnight stays under the umbrella of DEHOGA. Since 2013, the Promotionpool Hamburg is working independently as a registered association with the slogan: marketing – cooperation – coordination

The Promotionpool has finally achieved its long- desired independence. Measurements, taken and supported in this committee, can now be clearly associated with the hotel industry in Hamburg. Due to the now well-defined purpose of the association, the strength and representation of the interests of the hotel industry can now clearly be noted. This applies in particular to the promotion of the tourist destination Hamburg.
