The Fischereihafenentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH & Co KG. (FEG) is a municipal corporation belonging to Sprinkenhof AG. The Sprinkenhof AG manages a large inventory of built-up city-owned commercial building in Hamburg.

The FEG was / is essentially involved in the construction and operation of the cruise ship terminal in Altona at the Van-der-Smissen-Straße 5. The cruise terminal Altona was designed by the architect RHW Renner Hainke Wirth GmbH. The FEG is also the owner of some properties at the Altona Fischereihafen.
